Congratulations on having your car windows Tinted.
Please DO NOT WIND DOWN your windows down for at least 24 hours after being tinted. The glue will need this much drying time to adhere to the glass properly. Although, the curing time will take up to three weeks. The tinting can appear slightly patchy until this curing time is complete.
Cleaning.
The window tint film is fitted to the inside of your windows. When cleaning, please use a soft cloth such as flannel or micro fibre. Do NOT use scourers, blades, newspaper or anything abrasive which will scratch the tint. Do NOT use any products with a lot of ammonia or strong chemicals. Window cleaners from the supermarket should be watered down with water by half or we have a special "Window Tint Cleaner" available.
General Care.
Please be careful when you undo your seatbelt as some belts can retract very quickly and the metal can knock into the window and chip the tinting film.
Although our window tints come with a scratch resistant coating, they are not scratch proof. Please be careful not to have anything hard rubbing against the glass while driving. Kids match box cars or dog paws can also scratch the tint.
